Whether you need help around the house, assistance completing errands, or simply someone there for support, our goal is to provide reliable services tailored to your individual needs.

Our monthly Home Support Package

Includes:

Receive up to 4 hours of scheduled non-medical assistance each week.

Your services are customized according to your individual needs and Service Plan. You choose from our available services, and we'll work with you to determine how your weekly service time can best be used.

Need additional time?

Additional service hours are available for $40 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval.

Services Available

Meal Preparation

Meal preparation in your home using your food and ingredients, based on your preferences and instructions.

Wellness & Safety Check-Ins

Friendly, non-medical check-ins for companionship, general well-being, and observation of obvious household safety concerns.

Grocery Shopping Assistance

We'll shop for groceries and household necessities according to your approved shopping list.

General Cleaning

Assistance with everyday household cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, kitchens, bathrooms, and other agreed-upon light cleaning.

Trash Removal

Assistance taking ordinary household trash to your designated trash container or curbside collection area.

Errand Runs

Help with routine errands such as grocery shopping, post-office visits, dry-cleaning pickup/drop-off, and purchasing household necessities.

Lawn Care, Snow Removal & Salt Application

Basic lawn mowing and raking, snow removal, and application of ordinary ice-melting salt.

Plant & Pet Care

Basic assistance with watering plants, feeding pets, refreshing water, and other routine care according to your instructions.

Prescription Pick-Up

Authorized pickup and delivery of prescriptions according to pharmacy requirements.

Laundry Assistance

Washing, drying, folding, putting away laundry, and assistance with ordinary bed linens.

Appointment Scheduling & Non-Medical Support

Help scheduling appointments, providing reminders, and organizing information needed for upcoming appointments.

Companionship & Non-Clinical Emotional Support

Friendly conversation, listening, companionship, social interaction, and general encouragement.

Mail & Postal Assistance

Help with routine postal needs, including outgoing mail, post-office trips, and purchasing stamps.

Bill Organization & Payment Assistance

Help organizing bills and assisting with routine bill-payment tasks while you remain in control of your finances.

What's Not Included

Our services are non-medical. We do not provide nursing care, medical diagnosis or treatment, medication administration, professional counseling or psychotherapy, legal or financial advice, or emergency medical services.

Client transportation is not currently provided.

Groceries, prescriptions, postage, parking, special supplies or materials, and purchases made on your behalf are not included in the $650 monthly fee.

Certain services may require additional written authorization.
